Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the retreat program organized by regrow. By participating in the activities offered by regrow and checking the checkbox provided, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
As a participant in the retreat program, I understand and agree to release regrow and its hosts from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to those arising from accidents, injuries, medical conditions, or any other personal or property-related incidents that may occur during my participation in the activities organized by regrow.
I acknowledge that participation in activities such as cold water swimming, breathwork, yoga, cycling, walking, and others may involve inherent risks, and I am solely responsible for consulting with my doctor and assessing my own physical and mental fitness before participating in any such activities.
2. Photo Release
By checking the checkbox provided, I hereby grant regrow permission to record, photograph, film, and/or video my participation in the retreat program. I understand and agree that any or all of the material captured may be used in any form, including but not limited to publications, brochures, websites, social media platforms, or other printed, digital, or online materials used to promote regrow. I further agree that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit, or other compensation.
3. Compensation for Skill Sharing
I understand and agree that I will not be compensated for the time I volunteer in the community or for the skills I share with others during the retreat program. My participation in skill-sharing activities is voluntary and does not entitle me to any financial compensation or benefits from regrow.
4. Pricing and Payment Schedule
regrow retreats cost £125 per person per night, based on a minimum retreat stay of 5 nights. Within a week of signing up, the participant is required to pay 50% of the total cost. Three weeks out from the start date, the participant is due to pay the remaining 50% balance.

- Accommodation (private or shared room)
- Three meals daily + non-alcoholic beverages
- Activities
Not Included:
- Airfares
- Transportation (train, bus, ferry, e-bike hire)
- Additional excursions
- Travel insurance (recommended)
- Travel Visas
5. Refund Policy & Booking Changes
Changes to your length of stay can be made up to two weeks out as long as space is available. We cannot refund the amount paid, but instead will carry the amount forward and credit a future retreat for which you attend.
6. Miscellaneous
a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and regrow regarding the retreat program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
b. By checking the checkbox provided, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
